To implement sharing functionality, we use the AddToAny Share Buttons plugin. With this plugin, you can add a share list to your posts, allowing your readers to share the post on their social networks.

How to Use AddToAny Share Buttons
  1. Install and Activate: First, install the AddToAny Share Buttons plugin from the WordPress plugin repository and activate it.
  2. Configure Settings: Go to the AddToAny settings in your WordPress dashboard. Here, you can customize various aspects of your share buttons, such as their appearance, placement, and which social networks to include.
  3. Navigate to Customizer: Go to your WordPress dashboard and click on ‘Customizer’.
  4. Access Theme Options: Within the Customizer, find and click on ‘Theme Options’ -> ‘Single Post’.
  5. Enable Share Toggle: In the Single Post settings, locate the ‘Share Toggle’ option and enable it. Once the Share Toggle is enabled, you’ll have access to the ‘Share Shortcode’ setting. Here, you can enter the shortcode [addtoany].
