The Posts Slider widget is essentially the same as the Posts Grid with all its versatile settings and functionalities, but with the added twist of displaying content in a dynamic slider format. This variant offers additional slider-specific configurations to enhance the interactivity and visual flow of the posts. Here are its unique settings:

  • Autoplay: enable to automatically cycle through posts.
  • Autoplay Delay: set the time in milliseconds between each slide transition; default is 5000ms (5 seconds).
  • Navigation: enable on-screen arrows for manual navigation through the posts.
  • Pagination: enable to show pagination dots, allowing users to see their place in the sequence of posts.
  • Loop: enable to have the slider loop back to the beginning after the last post is displayed, creating a continuous scrolling experience.

For comprehensive details about all the shared settings between the Posts Slider and the Posts Grid, refer to the full guidance at Posts Grid. The Posts Slider inherits all the data-selection functionalities from the Posts Grid, ensuring consistency and familiarity while allowing you to present your posts in an engaging, automated carousel.
