Activation Issues

Home Docs Pravda Troubleshooting Activation Issues

If you happened to miss this in the earlier sections of our documentation, we’re sharing it again here – a direct link to the detailed guide on how to activate and deactivate the license for our themes:

https://docs.jkdevstudio.com/knowledge-base/how-to-activate-or-deactivate-premium-themes-and-plugins-created-by-jkdevstudio

As for potential issues you might encounter – in most cases, they’re simply the result of an incomplete understanding of the activation process and its key requirements. These include:

  • Logging in with your Envato account
  • Granting access to the Envato API
  • Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions

If you’ve followed all steps exactly as described in the guide, it’s highly unlikely you’ll run into any issues. However, here are a few rare scenarios we’ve seen and want to highlight just in case:

  • If you check the Local Activation box, make sure:
    • you are working on a local server
    • the URL includes “localhost”
  • If you receive a message saying that the current domain is already activated, you’ll need to either detach the previous domain from your license or purchase an additional license and use it for this domain.
  • If the activation window appears blank, ensure that you don’t have any browser extensions (including antivirus browser add-ons) that may be blocking new window creation via JavaScript.
