- Verify that you are NOT using any third-party plugins or extensions that are not recommended/required by the theme, lack positive ratings, or are outdated.
- Make sure you have activated and using the latest version of all required plugins, especially the core plugin and jkdevkit.
- Confirm that your hosting/server setup does not introduce any critical modifications to your WordPress installation.
- If everything checks out in the steps above, enable WP_DEBUG and logging in the theme dashboard, and take screenshots of any errors or warnings. Include these screenshots with your support ticket.
