Categories and tags help organize and classify your blog posts, making it easier for readers to navigate your content. Categories are used for broader topics, while tags allow for more specific descriptors related to each post.
To assign a category or tag:
- In the post editor, go to the Categories or Tags section on the right sidebar.
- Select existing categories or tags, or create new ones that relate to your content.
For each individual category, you can customize the featured image, icon and color. To do this, simply open any category, where you’ll find the relevant settings. You can also view a preview of these fields in the main categories list.
